Class Teacher: Mrs S. Doyle  I have been working at White Rose Primary School for 21 years.  I lead Science & Technology AOLE throughout the school and I love STEM especially Faraday Friday. I have two children Poppy and Milo who also came to this school.  I enjoy running and spending time with my family and new kittens called Chaney.

Reading: Your child will be given a specific day of the week to return their reading book.
Please continue to support your child with their reading at home to help develop their ability and fluency.

Spellings: Spelling will be posted on dojo every Monday.  Pupils have already been told which spelling group they are in. Spelling test will take place every Friday.

                                             Our topic this term is 'Do all heroes wear capes.'

We will be exploring the theme “Do all heroes wear a uniform?” Over the next few weeks, pupils will explore what it truly means to be a hero — considering both the well-known figures in uniforms and everyday people who quietly make a difference. Through stories, reflection and sharing, your child will deepen their understanding of courage, compassion, and service in real life.

Through hands-on investigations and outdoor learning, pupils will develop their scientific observation skills, ask questions, and record what they find. We will also build our vocabulary, learning both the English and Welsh names for where they live.

We are looking forward to an exciting term of discovering and learning together!
